to be honest ZZZ need create content that promotes usage of defense agents, such as increasing difficulty of boss fights even harder by increasing boss's dmg, or add un-dodgable/parryable attack patterns but can be blocked by defense agent shields. And honest opinion based on my experience with Ben, I rather have a shield applied after switching to the defense agent to parry than for the shield effect to be applied after using ex special attack.
I think the thing about quingyi is that she can go with literally any future attack or current unit no matter the element. But dont listen to me im pulling for corin cinemas

Bro, Seth gives out 100 Anomaly Proficiency to team member before him, and no, pairing Jane and Piper is a really bad idea, as they both are selfish anomaly attackers, they will compete for field time, hence, lowering your total dps significantly.
and you smell correctly. Anby is the only 4 star stun compared to all the awesome 5 star stuns in the game, so she is weakest by design. I dare to say you can turn some attack units to impact and stun better than anby
