Today i will show you how to make auto cut off 12 volt battery charger circuit, automatic cut off charger when battery volts up to 13 volts dc simple and easy electronics project make at home.
In this project i am using npn transistor c945 diode IN 4007.

A mi me pasa que configuro la entrada con la fuente para que corte a 14 volts, pero luego al poner el transformador que voy a usar que es de 18 volts, ya me corta de entrada. debe de cortar la salida, no la entrada. Este no lo probé pero me imagino que es similar, todos lo prueban con una fuente variable a la entrada, perfecto corta si le dan mas de 14 volts de entrada, pero debe de cortar a la salida, no a la entrada, porque si el transformador es de 15 o mas voltaje, ya corta desde el comienzo. Use el traductor por favor.

Ok it worked but as soon as it cuts off power to the battery, the power supply begins to melt the relay and all the solder joints melt down on the positive output pin on the relay.

Sir, first i like your tutorial alot, thank you very much. Next i see something is difference between your video and circuit diagram. In video, you used 2 1k resisters and 1 10k. And how about your diagram, 2 10k resisters ?? I think the right way is 1k for charging led (in video you used 10k) and 10 k for the firt vr pin (you used 1k). Again thank you and appreciate what you have shared, i learnt alot from you. Peace from VN.
