    This dudes deployment to Iraq story has some things that raise a red flag or two about what he experienced while on deployment. If I recall his story right. He said he wasn’t involved in the invasion of Iraq. His first deployment to Iraq was during the 2008 troop surge. While telling a story about visiting one of Saddam Hussein‘s presidential palaces he was asked if Saddam Hussein had been captured yet at that point. He said no Saddam Hussein had not been captured at this point in the story. Witch he said occurred during the 2008 troop surge, his first deployment to Iraq.

    I've seen people beat charges by sticking the evidence into a bottle of water and dumping it on the back floor, claiming, "it's not mine." If they order you out of the car, you take the keys with you, lock the door, and refuse to consent to a search. Even a crappy lawyer can get some charges dropped based on an illegal search. In one of the searches, the cops found traces of drugs on the floor, and the driver sued for false arrest and won.

    I feel your pain buddy my first felonies ever they sent me away for 4 years no probation no first offender program no nothing and this was a low-level drug conviction. The nail in the coffin was the fact that my own mother who is a drug addict herself took the stand on me. That was like a knife through the heart I felt betrayed. I got out last summer and I've been minding my p's and q's. Stay up y'all

      Oh yeah and the judge denied my judicial twice and made me serve my whole time LOL never had any kind of treatment and they damn sure didn't offer me any. The ironic thing is they sent me away to get rehabilitated in a facility that was flooded with anything you could ever want. Good old judicial system

      Yup sounds about right for the US's prison system. They str8 dgaf n the illegal shit and how inmates get treated, rehabilitation is the last thing theyre aiming for. N the best part is ppl who haven't been thru it or know someone never wanna fkin believe their justice system is accually like that. I had to go down bc my now ex husband sang loud af n not just trying to use me to save his ass. Others too. Betrayal is a mf n its always ppl closest to you n shit. Fkd up.

    2:47 thats awesome. One night, like 1:00 in the morning, me and my girl are driving the 3 minute drive back to her house. We pull onto this road and smell a skunk. Not overpowering but it was there somewhere, in this short patch of road. 10 seconds later, blue lights we get pulled over. It goes OK till the officer says " I smell marijuana ". I held back my laughter and told him we smelled it before he pulled us over and that it's a skunk. His back up comes and separates me and my girl and they're interrogating both of us. We tell him the truth. We both smoke weed, but there's no weed I'm car, we haven't smoked I'm the car, etc. They keep saying We're bringing the dogs so you might as well confess. The dog " alerts " on the car. Meanwhile they're tearing apart my girls car the whole time all this happening. Completely destroyed her glove compartment and center console. They pulled her steering wheel cover off, and just fucked up her car in a millions ways you didn't even know were possible. We both had work in the morning, got pulled over at one and it was like 4:45 when were let go... One of many negative interactions I've had with cops even though I was never breaking the law. Fuck the police.
    You're government/prison industrial complex cronies. You dont work for us anymore. We can't even pass the laws we want passed. Everyone's for legalization yet we gotta jump through flaming hoops for progress. You take an oath to uphold the constitution and then stomp on it when your higher ups tell you too. Serve and protect right pussies.

    • @josephmccauley368
      @josephmccauley368 Рік тому

      It's absolutely 💯 percent illegal for the judge to even handle a case for this guy. Ever. If you have any kind of interaction or familiarity with an officer of the court prior to the case, that officer of the court is obligated to recuse themselves from the case. It's a law. At which point if the judge does not do it, the defendant has grounds for an appeal of any sentence handed down by said judge in the future. I am reluctant to believe much of this guy's story.

    It's called the diversion program! But usually when you first get put on probation they don't give you a drug test for at least 30 days to let everything in your system clear out! And then maybe if you fail the first one don't let you go depending on the PO!
