How is this even a topic its clearly doc. He gave the feds the trademark, recruited non bikers, got in a war with the Mexican mafia, and the club literally almost shut down by the end of his Rico. By the end of daves time, the club is bigger than ever. Not saying Dave did no wrong, but look at the state of the organization after each person left. Not even close
I can speak to this. I patched in under Doc and patched out under Dave. They both did some good s**t for the club. They really did. But Doc royally screwed the club. Dave did his dirt, but Doc really went wild with doing whatever he wanted, regardless of what the club wanted. Doc was the worst for sure.

There will always be one good leader & that is junior. If doc would have stayed solid & not steal from the club he would have been a great mongols leader. Lil dave was cool too. I follow a lot of 1 percent club pages on Facebook and Instagram. Saw recently on a mongols page some old members in pix which was pretty cool. Rodger in a few and even that dude Red dog. Think was mongols coast page or some shit. It's cool to see old school around.
I don't know. Feds are swine. The FDA trademarked/copyrighted the word "organic" so they can go after any one labeling foods with that if they don't grow within certain guidelines. The sketchiest part is that they allow certain classes of pesticides to be used on the foods still. And most people think "organic" is chemical free, meanwhile the federal statutory code on that "organic" title spells out the chemicals they allow. I could totally see the feds unlawfully leveraging any thing they can, as long as they can, if the public or targeted victims can't put up a legal fight or cause enough noise in the court of public opinion. If you're inclined to reading and research have a look at the statutory history on "public vehicular travel as a matter of right on the public highways". Then think about how much money and power the feds and state have by ignoring what's spelled out repeatedly over decades in statutes across all 50 states.
