this video will make you confident because ill teach you how to build a relationship with yourself first. In this video, I break down a 4 phase blueprint for building REAL confidence. I start by discussing the importance of auditing your inner circle because you are who you surround yourself with. I discuss how you should think of yourself as an organism and the surrounding area of your body as your personal ecosystem of confidence. Nothing harmful or damaging should enter your ecosystem, this includes friends, people, situations, things, etc. You should also be monitoring the energy LEAVING your ecosystem. This means not spending time or energy worrying about not getting a text back, the opinion of someone else, criticism, or judgment - it's not worth your peace. You build REAL confidence by creating a space perfectly crafted with things and people who will help your confidence, not deplete it - people who will help level you up, not take away from it. Phase 2 is all about your inner world, this means building a relationship with yourself first and foremost. I touch of 7 key points to building this relationship with yourself that will completely transform your confidence. You are your biggest priority, building confidence and self-love is your biggest priority. You, the organism can only flourish in an environment that is helpful (your ecosystem of confidence) but the actual organism must be at peace within itself, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit. This is true confidence. Knowing who you are, solid identity, self-trust and reliance, good rapport with yourself, seeing yourself as the beauty standard and epitome of beauty etc. Phase 3 is personal landscaping. Make sure to prioritize your appearance as its KEY. You build confidence by focusing simultaneously on inner and external faculties. One cannot be without the other in the level-up journey. Finally, I discuss two very important mindsets on your confidence journey. The first is the objective vs subjective mindset and the second is the law of thought transmission (conceited advice for confidence).
