We are booked to stay Jambo with our 2 under 2 + teenager later this year and I keep waffling on whether we should keep it or go somewhere with 3 beds. Your trip videos make me wanna stay AKL. 🦒

I very intentionally move my bags myself so they are at the next resort in case we get an early check-in 😉 Your bags won’t arrive at your next resort until 4pm-5pm, and I like to have my bags before then.
I would probably say Jambo 🙈 Just because it’s larger and has more of that “Disney feel”. But I really enjoyed Kidani too and getting to experience both in 1 trip 🙌🏼
Hi Bekah! Love your videos! Wasn’t there one resort in which you noticed a huge gap under the front room door letting in noise and light? Could you remind me which one that was? Trying to choose a resort for our next stay and want to avoid that one haha.
Kidani ranks pretty high in my DVC favorites! 🙌🏼 Sadly, it has a reputation of being the worst DVC resort, which after staying here, I don’t understand why 😅 It’s amazing!

@@BekahHartI suspect the what’s driving the “bad” reputation is the location. It’s far from all the parks except “Animal Kingdom” which is IMO the most underrated park. “Animal Kingdom” is actually my favorite Disney park. It has the BEST daytime shows and the real animals are great. But anyway, most people are all about “The Magic Kingdom” and AKL is kinda inconvenient if you don’t have a car and are dependent on Disney free transportation: it can take you 30 minutes to an hour to get back and forth. Still, if you do have a car, I think AKL is the BEST DIsney hotel and Kidani is therefore the BEST DVC resort. It is also the best if you love the “Animal Kingdom” park like I do.

I haven’t had an issue with light coming under the door, but you can always roll up a towel to block the light ☺️
