    You are looking beautiful. I know we fibro warriors often fake feeling better. However, i am praying you are having a great day!😊

      Thank you so much! You’re absolutely right, we fibro warriors often have to put on a brave face. I usually try to film when I’m having a good day, and if my energy allows, I’ll film two videos at once. That way, I have two weeks' worth of content, so even if I’m feeling bad for a while, I don’t miss uploading. Lately, it’s been a mix of good and bad days-unfortunately, more bad than good. But I really appreciate the good ones when they come around. Thank you for your prayers and for being such a supportive part of this community! ♥️

      Systemic leaking of cerebral spinal fluid which can't be be imaged in the planet's number one medical center Houston. Shreveport they can though. Isn't that so par for the course?

    I have it and I'm scared of what my future looks like because I'm so young

    • @tt_looking_glass
      @tt_looking_glass  2 місяці тому +4

      I totally get how you're feeling. It's so tough to think about the future when you're dealing with something so overwhelming, especially at a young age. Just know you're not alone in this-I’m right there with you, navigating chronic illness myself. I've had fibromyalgia since I was 18, and though it’s exhausting at times, I’ve done so much with my life. I document a lot of it here on this channel in vlog form, and I also make various videos with tips and advice. Feel free to explore the channel! Even though I have multiple chronic illnesses, I have a playlist just for fibromyalgia. It's okay to be scared, but remember, you're stronger than you think. Surround yourself with supportive people, and take things one day at a time. You've got this, and we're all here cheering you on!

      I was formally diagnosed and again after a second opinion at 27 (although my symptoms started many years before that) I went in remission at 34 years old. I’m about to be 48. I’m still fine. No issues.

    I think this is a good vid to show to people who know someone with fibromyalgia and need info on what it is as well as for people who are newly diagnosed.I'm sure we'll be congratulating you on even more subs too! Fibromyalgia is a frustrating disease but you've helped and are helping so many people, myself included.Also, can't wait to see how your Inversion chair worked out.There was something so cute about you and your hubby putting it together too-you guys are adorable together.

I’ve been working really hard to grow this channel and reach those who may benefit from it, so your support means the world. I'm thrilled to hear that you find the content helpful and inspiring. Fibromyalgia is definitely a tough journey, but having this community makes it a bit easier.
      I agree, sharing these videos with those who are new to fibro or know someone with it can really make a difference. And yes, more subs would be amazing - fingers crossed! 😊
      As for the inversion chair, stay tuned! It didn't quite work out but I will share the deatail in a future vlog. Thanks again for your support and encouragement! 💜

    I am trying to saying this in the nicest way: your information is very outdated. I’ve been in remission (with a couple of pop up episodes) for 14 years. It can happen. You don’t mention food, dietary eliminations, and supplements etc. That’s how I did it. I’ve live a normal life now.

    • @tt_looking_glass
      @tt_looking_glass  Місяць тому

      Hi Stephanie, thank you for your comment and for sharing your experience! I want to clarify a few points. This video addresses the most frequently asked questions about fibromyalgia, not every aspect of the condition. I do have other videos where I discuss the significant roles of nutrition, dietary eliminations, exercise, and stress management in managing fibromyalgia.
      Regarding remission, I fully believe that remission is possible and celebrate those who achieve it. However, it's important to distinguish between remission and a cure. Remission means symptoms can improve significantly, while a cure implies the condition is permanently gone, which current medical understanding does not support for fibromyalgia.
      Thank you again for your input. It’s through sharing diverse experiences and information that we can support and educate each others. All the best.
