Start at the goal line, run to the 50, touch the 50 of line, run back to the goal line. Three times. We did that twice with a 2-5 minute break. The average of both times is ur time. I challenge u to get under 52 seconds. Its gonna burn. Thank u for listening to my TED talk.
400 is a tiring event, my 4x400 team is trying to make it to state, I’m the slowest one on the 4x400 and I broke 44 seconds but we still gotta cut down, this vid make me wanna go, great content
