Poor Reine. That feels relatable when doing something similar years ago. She really must have some strong arms to carry those 3 trash bags. That must have been a messy place.
As a custodian, seeing this makes my back hurt a little bit in empathy for Reine. What you *_need_* to do is intentionally plant *all* of your weight (PLUS the weight of your load) into your legs (while doing your best not to overstrain your knees of course). As you can see, Reine here is lifting with her *back,* fully bending it over as she carries what looks to be three 44 gallon (approx 166.5L) trash bags filled to the max. Bending one’s back at such an angle while carrying a such a heavy load (inferred due to her posture and panting) will quickly become very taxing on one's spine and muscles, especially if carried for insensible distances. Continuous exhibition of such practices will eventually lead to poor posture, thus consequently causing -more- back problems for Reine down the road. It would be much more efficient *(AND SAFER)* to use either a double barrel trash can cart, or a gondola to transport these large trash bags, even if there are only three of them. Thank you, Reine, for educating us all with your demonstration on poor trash bag handling and what one needs to avoid. Now can someone please call over Nurse Kanata before Reine here completely passes out?
