  • Former PGA Tour Player, Larry Rinker, shows you some examples where the big muscles do not control the little muscles in the golf swing. The little muscles; arms, hands, and wrists are in the leading role. The big muscles are in the supporting role.

Tom Watson & Paddy Harrington recently stated 80%+ of speed comes from the hands, wrists & arms, great video Larry.

This is the best explanation of lead and supporting roles of the little and big muscles on the planet. Nothing is passive or inactive; everything has a role.

I keep posting here because I had the chance to do a one day lesson with Larry. He played on the tour. He knows the great golfers of his generation like Jack. I’m a medical physician. What he says makes sense 😊
