Hi Absolute MMA, just wondering what would stop him, during the process of this Rugby pass, from throwing his leg over your back to do a full guard kindly? (unless I have missed a detail) other than that, great tutorial regarding this rugby pass!
In no gi stuffing those butterflie hooks is a good way of eliminating the guy getting under you and playing for leg locks, I use this pass a lot and there is so many variations, you have to be very tight and precise. Thanks for a great study Lachlan, love your work.

Hey Lachlan, would this be something that you would use in no gi as well, or do you reckon it's just too slippery?
Hi Stari, yeah I use it in no gi, but all passing is harder in no gi so can be harder to finish!
