The information from guyton , davidson and other books is very profound regarding growth hormone that you've shared.
Honestly your channel is the best downto earth channel Ive came across ; all these other youtubers just refering to studies show this they show but in reality they have inadequate knowledge regarding how these studies work and what mechanisms are involved physiologically in the human body.
Id like to say that please continue making videos and make some for non enhanced lifters more as what mechanism drive hypertrophy and what are the general problems encountered and how long it actually takes to see good results

hello doctor , i have been watching your channel since last few days. new on it. but honestly this is the best channel and precise knowledge you are giving with the facts and study. appreciate it. liking it alot. i am planning to start my first cycle. ive been working out for last 7 years , but recently i started the gym after an year break because of job and busy schedule, so first will improve my cardiovascular health via 2,3 months workout and jogging , then planning to start my first cycle, i am endomorph and gained a lot weight . 108 kg . please suggest 1st cycle as planning to go into modeling carrier. 1st cycle i will start for cutting and then after 6 months gap 1 cycle for gaining. that is my goal now. if you can suggest anything . should i start a cycle or not? have been working our naturally for many years but now mn hai 1 cycle chlaane ka. caloric deficit and all is going on as well
