Hello, doc! My age is 17 and i'm 5.9 feet tall and my bones are very narrow. Can i take one cycle of mk677 in order to grow wider and a bit taller? I am not interested in building muscle (even tho i go to the gym), but getting a stronger skeleton. At the age of 13-16, I led a very unhealthy lifestyle and did not get the body development that I could get. What do you think about it? Is it safe?
No sir, it's not safe or intended for that purpose, if you do feel your growth suffered from 13 to 16, you should consult an endocrinologist near you, they will properly guide you through your options.

it's most probably due to not good enough testosterone spurt during 13-15 years of age, exactly what happened with me.. I fell sick and was in depression during that growth age due to which I did not get a good testosterone spurt in that 13 to 15 age bracket which is critical for a person's growth and that's why my bones and overall body function is weak. today I'm 30 and still a weak person. I came to know about all this recently only, when I visited an endocrinologist.. So just visit a really good endocrinologist, get your testosterone levels checked, should be around 800ng/dL for your age. If less, then get a treatment. If too low, like 250, 350, 500, then you seriously need testosterone booster treatment otherwise you will suffer your whole life with weakness and depression like me . The point is not to get taller, but to become internally stronger, which boosts your self confidence. ask me anything you want

@@anandsharma9519 same solution bro.. get your testosterone and vitamins checked. For early 20s , a test level of 800 is considered right while for late 20s and early 30s, 600 is considered right. If you have low test, then visit a good endocrinologist and get a treatment. If your levels are above 260, the endocrinologist may prescribe you testosterone injections or hcg but the downside of these things is that they work temporarily for a few days only and you need to depend on them your entire life. So, check what kind of medicine he prescribes. And if not satisfied, you may visit a good ayurvedic doctor as well. They'll prescribe medicines with ingredients like ashwagandha, shilajit, etc. You have to take this medicine continuously for 6 months and do good gym workout and long distance running to get results.

Doctor i have used this drug firsthand and I haven't actually felt any of the side effects you mentioned just increased hunger better sleep and strength gains! These things like anxiety shouldn't be true if a person is getting better and better sleep everyday it kind of doesn't make sense
Sir you're one of the lucky ones then, side effects is something with a lot of inter patient variability, some patients get serious side effects with something as simple as paracetamol, while others may pop upto 6 pills a day with no side effects.

They're both similar as they are in similar class of drugs, leterozole is newer i believe, as far as studies are concerned it's a mixed bag, but most studies seem to point to leterozole being superior. But remember these studies are mostly done on cancer patients and not normal bodybuilders.

Cartilage repair ho nhi skti sir non surgically, and also cartilage repair ka iss kuchh Lena dena nahi hain, if the disc bulge is significant enough and causing this much there are other interventions except medications, but I'd have to see the MRI first to comment more.
