Who's your favorite in the clash of gods? Which Dark Souls characters can challenge the gods of Elden Ring and come out alive?

Nameless King can absorb the power of ancient dragons he just chooses not to. All he needs is slaying a single ancient dragon and the snowball effect will get him to top.

      Seath the Scaleless
Unless the gods of Elden Ring somehow find and break the Primordial Crystal, Seath can basically shrug off any attack.
(Players only really got a chance to break it due to gameplay reasons to progress the story. The gods of Elden Ring wouldn't have such a luxury.)

Morgott, Maliketh and Godfrey may be the only ones mentally strong enough to endure the world of Dark Souls but if Elden Ring characters go head to head I don't think Dark Souls has a chance.

You just forgetting that in the world of dark souls there are literally gods like manus who can corrupt anything and can create an abyss creature out of it
The only one that was capable of stopping manus was a chosen undead that had enough power to link the fire
That very fire was the most powerful flame there was because from it , all concept and its disparities were born
That power had to be enough so life exist for thousands of years before it starts to fade again
I don't think a lot of new people really understand what the first flame is and how powerful it is

Similar to how the gods of Elden Ring fear Maliketh, gods in Dark Souls fear Priscilla so much that they trap her in a painting to keep themselves safe.

    • @alessiobilleci7246
      @alessiobilleci7246 Місяць тому +1

they feared her because she had her lifehunt ability (which originally was meant to be frost, that for light which is movement frost was like a full stop, total inertia which would equal death, but was then changed to bleed so the choice of a scythe still had some meaning, bleed still was a thing of humans with big effects on big powerfull bosses and was the result of the Dark, and her lifehunt ability in DS3 is technically a retcon yet a fitting one), so if we count Priscilla's Lifehunt Scythe (ability and weapon, frost and bleed) is not different from a frost-infused gravescythe in ER, like ER you can easily wield those powers with even greater effect than in DS, andw the fact there are many weapons/talismans/AoW that you can use to regain health (Godskin cuddling cloth or Prayerful strike as few examples)

Chaos in Dark Souls: flame that disfigured it's creators and spawned demonkind, before fading away by the time of DS3, leaving it's subjects clinging to life (literally turning into barely living ash).
Chaos in Elden Ring: Primal force of despair, summoned by the most misfortunate and downtrodden souls in the lands between in an effort to ease their pain by burning away all of existence until nothing remains

Nice video! Just a small nitpick id like to point out though. During the conquest of the lands between, all 16 crucible knights accompanied Godfrey in his crusade. We’ve seen that battles in elden ring contain thousands and thousands of soldiers. Yet every single crucible knight appears to emerge unscathed. So honestly I don’t think their small numbers are a hindrance so much as a testament to their how impressive they rlly are.

I think you missed a huge detail. The Greater Will created the world, and then everyone else moved in. Gwyn, Nito, Seathe, The Furtive Pygmy, and The Witch of Izalith inherited a dead rock from the Everlasting Dragons, and then built EVERYTHING on it. There were no oceans, no forests, no animals. Just stone, colourless fog, and Archtrees (which Ash Lake may imply that the Gwyn and company built the world on top of the surviving Archtrees). You say them earning their title of gods makes them lesser to naturally born gods, but I think it is very much the opposite. Heck, the power of the Dark Soul or Light Soul warps time and space, folding everything in, when it comes time the link the First Flame.
And on the Ancient Dragons of Elden Ring, while they are resistant and wield lightning, they still have those stone scales. Which Gywn's lightning was designed to break.

Elden Ring: My gods and warriors are more powerful than yours!
Dark Souls: Not true, my gods and warriors are more powerful!
    Meanwhile:
Demon Souls: The Soul Art given to us by god is strong enough to kill the ancient Demons
Sekiro: Warriors? I'll show you how Masters of the Sword looks like!
Bloodborne: Blood... The gods... Hunting... The hunters... None of you are mad enough to see the truth... of the real gods...

i mean, in ER the outer gods are like... the First Flame/Abyss in DS, they are like inherent and incomprehensible forces of nature rather than living entities, while Bloodborne's great ones are essentially ascended humans/beasts...
You could easily compare beings like Moon Presence or Amygdalas to Manus/Four kings from DS1..

Seath would notably be quite a powerhouse with his curses, spell mastery, monstrous creations, immortality and instant regeneration. Due to the nature of the Primordial Crystal, I don't even think Destined Death would affect him unless it was broken first.
People like to joke about how easy it is to beat Seath by simply breaking the crystal, but always seem to forget that we only got the opportunity to do so after being "invited" into his sanctum.

Dark Souls stands a huge chance if every character is in their prime, we happen to fight a bunch of weaker people who used to be powerful, for example High Lord Wolnir. In Elden Ring most of the characters are in their prime. If we counted every character ever in each universe, I think the ancient dragons (who are the size of mountains) could take on half the cast or maybe they will just get fly swatted by those giant skeletons near fire giant lol.

@@iamMildlyUpsetWithMostOfYouTub if some little guy with a flask and a sword can kill all of them I’m sure there are more people than you are accounting for in both worlds. But yeah the Elden Ring dragons are a lot stronger.
Edit: I think adding to the ones you mentioned, Nito, Gael, Furtive Pygmy, Soul of Cinder, Vendrick, Ivory King, and most others who have linked the fire. In Elden Ring you have the dragons, all the gods and Demi gods, and the giants. So I think it’s honestly pretty even and there is a universe where both win

      @@iamMildlyUpsetWithMostOfYouTub
The First Flame consists of the dualities of the world-heat and cold, life and death, and light and dark. It's been proven many times that light and dark, for instance, are related to the property of spacetime:
      1. The repair powder, which uses the power of light to rewind time instead of actually fixing it.
      2. Time and space become a mess at the end of the Age of Fire; the Ringed City consists of the remnants of every age and every place.
      3. The Archdragons were immortal not only because of their scales but because they don't have the concept of time (the world was gray and there was no existence of concepts and dualities; time only starts after the Age of Fire).
      4. The First Flame was also the reason why the world splits into many worlds (multiverse).
The Lords of Cinder are the embodiment of the First Flame (in other words, the universe), just like Nito, who exists as the incarnation of the order of death (same goes to the Witch of Izalith and the rest).
The Lords of Cinder and the 4 Lords are extremely powerful on their own.
