Also, please don't panic about my ears and fingers, I get something called Chilblains (don't google) and have had them since I was 15. With the lack of heating in my home, my ears, fingers and toes have been suffering. I'm all good though!

I've had chilblains on my fingers! They suck, but are harmless.

1. put the left hand into right sleeve and the right hand into the left sleeve
or
2. find someone warm and fuzzy 😄

I look back on some of my videos from years ago and I'm surprised by just how candid I was about certain things...but I can't deny it's truly fascinating and oddly invigorating stuff.
