Yamaha A3M Acoustic Guitar Pickup Demo

In this video I demonstrate the different sounds the Yamaha A3M guitar is capable of. I use a Rode M5 to mic the guitar. I then demonstrate the different sounds of the piezo pickup, microphone models and the blends of both in different percentages. This is a complete overview of the direct sounds of the Yamaha A3M.

How's the guitar trough a PA during live? I just got the AC3M model and i find the guitar's preamp to be quite noisy . There's a constant quite loud hiss in the background.

Hm Interesting. I have never had that issue. And I have even used in ears with it at a gig and hear nothing. Could be all kinds if things though. Cable, preamp. Bad grounding etc.

I bought an ac3m deluxe model last week that does the same thing. I am having guitar center send another one. It’s a shame because the otherwise I love the guitar
