Microbiota research has exponentially increased over recent years. It's super fascinating! Many insights come from these studies, such as several bacterial metabolites influencing your brain (gut-brain axis), or 'leaky gut' inflaming your liver (gut-liver axis).
Great to see a video like this from you, Prof. Dave! The general population and new generation needs to be more aware about this!
