You can use Lemon, Lime or Vinager to clean your chicken! It adds taste and cleans off slime, bacteria and and any thing that remains in it that you don't want in your pot.
I made some and they were really good! I made more than you recipe called for and had a difficult time figuring out how to double the recipe, but they were still pretty good.
