@@Schylove12 I swear!! It's that weird genre where it's "adult" content for kids. I feel like once I was a sophomore I didn't even like the show anymore but it had a hold on me from like 12-15
Yup same with Parental Control
@@rcarter1656 Yeah, it's targeted at kids who want to feel like they're in on adult things without having any understanding of what actual adulthood is.
I was in college. 😳
12:25 I ALMOST CHOKED ON MY WATER AITFIR3WYEJSTARJDKY 😭😭😭
Only thing I appreciate about this show; everyone is an average person. Not all the same, or "conventionally attractive" people like most dating shows. I give them some respect there lol
Yeah, they’re also presented in a really wacky way. It’s not like they’re picking up big businessmen and models and treating them like they’re a huge deal. Although racist and sexist, it’s somewhat nice to see no one person being the focus for too long or some people being presented in a worse way than others in this kind of TV show. Everyone’s kind of a douche and imperfect in these shows, and everyone’s also a douche to each other. Which is probably a more accurate representation of humanity.
Oh yeah ur right. That kinda makes it better. If we could incorporate that in today's dating shows that be good.
A very good reality show that kinda feels genuine is mbti inside.
This video is over now, eh Jarvis? So perhaps we should... Go find something else to watch? Even though you know we had a lot of fun?
I was wondering if anyone else noticed- did he do that on purpose?
was looking for someone to comment on his outro - that was definitely a friendly nod to Danny :)
YES dude finally someone commented on it. what an amazing easter egg
I was looking for this comment!
yess the song started playing in my head immediately when he said that
english isn't my first language, and as a kid i used to think the "back" in sexyback literally referred to someone having a very attractive back 😂
“Her perfectly geometrically round face sucks”
I love how every time he says “gold” there’s a little “GOOOOOOOOLD” in the background
I find myself singing "I trusted you, and now your words mean NOTHING to me because your actions spoke the THUTH" far, FAR TOO OFTEN. Thanks for getting it stuck in my head again, Jarvis! 🤣
Ok I’m glad I’m not the only one 😂😂😂
honestly same
what video is it from!!!!

14:30 WHAT. That fall was perfectly fine. He fell more than she did.
15:06 am i crazy or was he making an Emperor's New Groove reference?
I had a bad day at my graduation award ceremony thing today and I got home just now
I know it's not intentional, but thank you for uploading as I lay down, it's really made my day better and lightened my mood. 💚
Congratulations on graduation! I hope your day gets better :)
If it makes you feel better at my graduation rehearsal I farted super loud and everyone went silent then busted out laughing
@@ayvon1111 I’m so sorry but this comment killed me
Congrats
Graduation is such an accomplishment! Please remember that! I'm sorry the experience wasn't great today, hope you feel better soon! 💜
The one aggressive dating show I remembered that was on MTV was Parental Control. I ate that up but looking back it's very embarrassing lol.
Can we all just take a minute to appreciate all the Jarvis does for us. We can trust him to always give us the thuth.
His actions show the thuth.
Nothing but the thuth
Your actions spoke the thuth~
The genius behind leaving the car horn in the background and adding a flash of lightning McQueen is…..chef’s kiss. I love it
you can't tell me adam wasn't making an acting choice with the way he hesitated before he said "i'd like to at least match that" - the script gave him a joke and he delivered
the little background “golldd” gets me everytime
NEXT: Another demonstration of misogyny and sexual harassment 🤦🏼♀️ “Nice Guys” are the bane of my existence
I believe every episode had 1 male and 1 female with "Next" power, and the girls took shots at the guys, too. Also, I really don't think the "Next" guys were supposed to be "Nice guys". The show was over-the-top back then, too.
the second cornball literally quoted the movie half baked when the guy quits his job when he was telling off the girls with the signs
for some reason, after Jarvis said "this video is over now" my brain was fully primed for Danny's song to start playing 🤔🤷
Anyway, great video Jarvis!
This video is over now (over now), you'll find something else to watch (or just watch this video again) I know we had a lot of fun (a lot of fun), but you can't stay on this end screen forever (no) 🎶
Me too! And a lot of the things he said after that reminded me of other lyrics of Danny’s end theme.
22:46 the ending song from danny ganzalez's videos almost one to one (obviously not on purpose but still hilarious)
Low rise jeans were the pain of my existence as a child. My mother & grandmother only bought me low rise jeans & constantly told me to pull up my pants 🤦♀️
@halcyon ! ♡ ° omg yes!😂 I completely agree.
Jesus the Keanu statement just reminded me so much of how uncool it was to like Keanu Reeves in the early/mid 2000s, and how vindicated I felt when the rest of the world realized that he’s awesome
Those men getting nexted was a blessing in disguise, imaging dating someone with their lack of patience and failure to handle rejection in a healthy way 😭😭
Do y’all remember the show FriendZone where they would have people pretend to create dream dates for their friends but it was really all a ploy to ask out their best friends out on national television?
I wanna make everyone aware that mtv was how most of us none-americans learned about american behavior and culture 💀💀💀
(I mean its still kinda accurate)
Look I know we’re bad but we’re not like this anymore, at least not all of us.. 😭
can confirm, Americans are completely unhinged and always screaming unintelligibly
While I don't wish Americans acted like this, I kinda *do* wish they acted like this at the same time. It would be much more interesting. Lol.
2:25 No, stop. Please. Stop.
“I’m Anirudha, I’m 23, and I’m bringing sexy back.” (Turns away from the camera like the Blair witch)
my health teacher from last year was on an unaired episode of this show. if you had perfect attendance to her class all year she would show you the episode (because she had a dvd of it). My sister saw it but I never did because of COVID.
MTV: does something racist
Me: I genuinely have no clue what that meant. I don't even know what they said. This is privilege.
6:18 contains a profound truth. There were no good old days. It was always this stupid.
I haven't even finished the intro yet, but i just wanna say, i also used to watch this a lot back in the days when it was on MTV and i have to admit that show was like one of my first exposures to gay/queer people 🙈 im queer myself, so i wonder if that show helped me start questioning my own sexuality because it showed me that 2 men can be dating and that that's totally normal :3 the show itself was tacky, but I'm kinda grateful i grew up with it
No because right after he demonstrated to us what "ninga sex" was, I got an ad and the first thing it said was "it takes a lot to admit that you need help"
"I trusted you, but now your words mean nothing to me because your actions spoke the thuth" lives in my head rent free til this day
Same
What's the video? I remember it vaguely but I can't put my finger on it!
@holly my brain is saying it’s the one where he went over the teen relationship angst accounts on instagram and he made some into little songs
i think of it all day every day, or at least once a week lol
I watched way more hours of MTV dating shows in the early 2000s than I'm ever ready to admit.
4:59 chris (i think), in the top left, is actually causing me physical pain in this shot lmao
2:18 that gave me flash backs of when everyone used to say thug life *shudders*
*chuckle*
"Being one ethnicity is so last century" Picks the first blonde girl 😂
the way that he speaks danny’s outro song at the end
Charity lol. She was the assistant on the first season of LA Hair that offended Omarosa by not knowing who she was lol.
Lmao WHAT?! I have to watch that season 😂
That guy really said I’d like to at least make $1 lol not getting his hope up
Charity seems like the type to yell at me for not putting enough whipp cream on her latte and now I feel sad...
I feel like everyone is trying to call me out because my name is charity
Dude, that Lightning McQueen honk was so funny. You're always so enjoyable to watch Jarvis. Thank you for being you.
2:59 the animation channels in an alternate dimension where Jarvis produces breast milk
Jarvis, I want you to know that the “GOOOOLLLDDD” audio lives in my head and haunts me lol
I watched this show ONCE when I was surfing through channels as a teen.
It’s not free. I paid Jarvis 20 dollars for this golden content
@halcyon ! ♡ ° well I got in early
