What an exercize! Real core burner. But will the wall stand the forces? Must have the mean concrete to put it in the room.

This is not an official recommendation. But the wall is not concrete and I simply placed some glue-in bolts. I hope it holds. So far it does. This wall is plaster stone... Concrete would definitely be stronger and safer.

I am thinking of setting up one of these but would it be safe without the rubber cord?

You can also make the lines longer by using a slackline on each side. This also absorbs nicely. I used rubber cords due to missing space in my room. It is definitely safer to use absorbers, but we have also been trying the DaVinci-Line without absorbers and wit works.

Would you say it's necessary to be able to do a handstand to do this?

I don't think that it is necessary. But it is for sure an advantage. Just important to start slow to protect your shoulders.

zigbeed I don’t think you can get it as a kit anywhere but slacktivity.com slacklifebc would be two places that could hook you up

@@alexnewman6508 Thank you Alex. I wrote Slacktivity last night, and they got back to me this morning. Dann was nice enough to let me know what you just said, and that they might put a couple kits together to see how they would sell. I asked him to check the list of items I thought it would consist of, and will hopefully soon have the exact details how to put it together myself, or from them. Looking forward to trying it out soon. :o)

zigbeed Sweet I might have to get the set up too. It looks like a blast. I don’t know about you I have never seen this before

@@alexnewman6508 No. I have never seen it either and am really excited about it. I love how there is always something new to learn. It just reminds me of the Human Gyroskope machine which is an excellent core workout.
