Made for high end 75"+ HDR TV's [4K60P 422 10Bit 200Mbp+]. OLED TV for best viewing. Think wide range of natural colors (up to 1 billion color combinations). High clarity in dark shadows and bright highlights.

Makati is a city in the Philippines’ Metro Manila region and the country’s financial hub. It’s known for the skyscrapers and shopping malls of Makati Central Business District, and for Ayala Triangle Gardens, an area dotted with trees and sculptures. Ayala Museum houses the Filipinas Heritage Library and craft collections documenting the country’s history. The Rizal Monument is a memorial to national hero José Rizal.
Bonifacio Global City (also known as BGC, Global City, or The Fort) is a financial business district in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located 11 kilometers (6.8 mi) southeast of the capital city of Manila. Bonifacio High Street forms the physical core of Bonifacio Global City and is designed as a three-by-three matrix of high-tech offices and residential buildings, retail outlets and pedestrian-friendly roads and walkways. At One Bonifacio High Street, the PSE Tower, which houses the unified trading floor of the Philippine Stock Exchange, the Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila and Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila are also located here. Grand Central Park is a 10-hectare (25-acre) New York-inspired mixed-use development located in North Bonifacio Global City. One of the tower in the area is the 65-storey Metrobank Center which houses the Grand Hyatt Manila hotel and is currently one of the tallest skyscrapers in Metro Manila.

Yes, but only if the government can create enough jobs especially in manufacturing since that is the fastest way to cut poverty based on the experience of more advanced economies. If the government along with the private sector fails to develop our industrial base Filipinos would still keep migrating overseas and this is the reason why we have a low Household Debt to GDP. Our countrymen were able to buy or built homes just from their savings working overseas without incurring mortgages whereas our more affluent neighbors have a huge mortgage to pay.

Most of their real estate developments are modeled to european/american design. Most of the capital cities in our asean region do actually resemble some of our western counterpart cities. Remember jakarta is not able to preserve its cultural heritage or any cultural landmarks prior to the spread of islam in this archipelago because a lot of muslims view this as idolatry. On the other hand, kuala lumpur does not really excude a strong malay cultural heritage and most of their cultual landmarks is not even pure malay and that is a result of a melting pot of different cultures that reside in the city.
