This video compares a high-end Longacre digital tire gauge 0-30 psi to two of the Amazon-recommended Jaco digital tire gauges (0-100 psi and 0-200 psi). Do they give the same reading? Is it worth the upgrade for the expensive tire gauge?

Cool test. I've just bought a digital cheap one too. The price of the expensive ones are not worth it for me. Rather put that money in a set of lasers.

You should never use any measurement device that far outside of its calibrated range. A 200 psi gage is for truck tires, not kart tires.
