I work with some of the most intelligent parrot species on earth. These albatross have the same light behind their eyes, and reminds me of the hyacinth macaws. I’m crying at 12:30am thinking about our wonderful Uve and his partner, green wing Rojo, and seeing the amazing relationship they have. It’s real love and connection. What marvelous creatures that never fail to astound me.
Made my eyes tear and can I add I think they are beautiful birds? Love the up close shot of the perfect white head with a touch of light yellow around the eyes.

I cried over this at work today and I’m crying over it again. These birds have such a cute romance and the cuddling at the end makes me cry every time
We were created for lifelong and true love as these birds are.
My husband is coming this weekend. We will finally have a home to live together after 2.5 months: reunion of albatross, tears of joy ❤
