At least you got something! I received an empty package one week back. I’m fed up with their customer care service and am going to raise an online complaint at the Consumers’ Forum. Your and my complaints alone will not have any effect, but hundreds of people are being duped on daily basis. Everyone should raise their voice.

Aur consumer forum sirf helpline hai bas usse koi help nahi milegi. Mat Lena saman Myntra se kabhi bhi kyunki agar Paisa ek bar fass jayega to milega nahi 😑
Nowadays I see disasters using this application, I have ordered & trying replacing for size issue, concern was size was not available finally thought for exchange new shirt now it was saying this item can't be delivered in your zip code after changing zip code also, and if I see same product in using COD I see tomorrow it will be delivered in your zip code!!! I have made a complaint against this issue with Customer Support but nothing has worked
Ye Myntra wale ka bda tmasa ho gya hai..mera size issue tha product exchange nhi kiya 😢bola 4 din ka time dijiye de diye fir bola 4 fir bolte bolte time over ho gya 😢fir bolta h ab exchange nhi hoga kyunki date khatam ho gai batao kitni galt baat hai mera 1000 ka jins tha.😢mai to yhi kahungi 2, 400 ka hi online se lo mahnga product mt lo yrr bahut bekar hai
1500 ki dress mangwayi ..aur enhony muje ek cloth ka old dirty piece bheja...return me dala return approved bhi ho gya aur return liya bhi nai ....1500 ka loss ho gya
mene ek product order hi nai kia tha lekin wo mere pas agaya mene cod kia kyunki wo aur baki items k sath aaya tha. ab wo log vapis nai le rhe bol rhe ki product k andar ek invoice bill hota hai wo chaiye , mujhe sirf packet k upar stixker mila anadar naj aur ab pagal log mana kar rhe vapis lene se

Consumer forum is useless as well I have faced the same issue with Myntra
