I really appreciate this outline of the changes in MT. We JUST sold our house AND paid the buyers agent, so why is it fair that I now also have to pay my buying agent? This just adds to the "price" of the house, meaning I've got to do math every time I want to consider a listing. Plus knowing there are closing costs already waiting out there for me, just no incentive. I'd be one of those people that tells my agent "no consideration for sellers unwilling to include buyers agent costs."

how many sellers have you run into who's house you want to buy and aren't going to pay your buyer agent?
