I like my little town (hamilton) i really have bad anxiety and am too scared to drive to missoula rn, but love hamilton everything is right next to eachother

So, im done spending $1500/mo on a 1 bedroom home in CA, and done with the 105° weather. Ive lived in CA for 9 years, but moved from WA where I lived for 9 years. I also spent about 6 years in Oregon and 2 years in Nevada I think. So, will I be accepted?

Thanks so much for sharing. However, these things are an issue in regular stick built homes as well. We have flies GALORE, but it's really just living rural life. There will always be bugs. We live in a cedar sided home. So the wood definitely requires maintenance.

I grew up in Helena and went to school in Missoula. If you love to Snow Ski, Hunt & Camp or like 8 month winters move to Montana. If you are not passionate about those things do not move there, just visit. Western Montana is beautiful and compared to the rest of the country traffic is non-existent. Culture like the Opera, Theatre, live professional sports are at least 10 hours away. But overall, we left because because of the weather. Summers are great but start I would always start getting depressed in August knowing the long winter ahead, but on the other hand Spring was great, knowing winter was behind.

You have to admit, the traffic does really suck in Missoula. Reserve street is freaking horrible and the drivers just seem to be entitled.. I grew up in Missoula and lived there for 30 years and currently live in Helena and you can tell the difference. Helena drivers are a little bit more laid-back.

Victor Steakhouse is a great restaurant to eat at or have a company or family dinner. Historic Bank building and cute new housing you drove right by as well. All of the Bitterroot Valley is amazing and rich in history. Maybe you would do better to focus on that.

How rude! This is an agricultural community so there would not be much to do when farm life is the main focus. Folks in Victor are outdoorsy. It is small, religiously bonded in Christianity, family centered and a tightknit community. You ought to lose your realtor's license. If there had been a home for sale when we were looking in 2021, we would have loved to bought our house there. Shame on you! If you don't like what Montana has to offer, go back from where you came.

It's amazing what happened in parts of this country once you mentioned you're from CA. I was nearly attacked once on the way from the airport to the car rental when another passenger knew I was from California. The hostility is real, simple blind hatred. L&C was our main stomping grounds. We lived in University housing but were in the L&C elementary boundaries, for a majority of our time in Zootown. I had to laugh when you walked by houses I know. My older kids later attended washington middle school and Sentinel HS. Love these videos! Most Missoula videos are just downtown. Love being able to see snippets of neighborhoods and homes I know, and miss.
