15 min Yoga Stretch For SHOULDERS & UPPER BACK | Release Tightness And Tension In The Upper Body

  • This quick 15 min yoga stretch is designed to release tightness and tension in the shoulders and upper back. You will need a yoga strap for a few stretches, but if you don't have it, you can use a belt, scarf, big towel or something similar instead.
    Depending on your shoulder flexibility, some poses might feel quite intense. Make sure to listen to your body, be careful especially if you have any neck/shoulder or back issues or injuries, and notice the difference between the sensation of stretch and pain. Some poses might feel uncomfortable, but they shouldn't be painful.
