Jacob painting is him discovering the Ash Can School style of grungy neon cityscapes and that delights me as someone who works at a museum.
It's been 3 years, but thank you for introducing me to the Aah Can School style. I looked it up back then and fell into an art history rabbit hole and learned a lot ❤
As an oil painter, when Jacob pulled out those big nasty brushes I got so excited! It's rare to see Drawfee paint, but when they do I go WILD

Oh, hey seek
So weird seeing your fandoms cross over
Their bit about julia "judging them" for not making their own fonts is so funny
also proof that every time you think "oh julia was normal this time" you will find out that's incorrect and she actually found an entirely new way to go above and beyond
Suggestion: redraw your past Drawfee characters in different genres
Like a Futuristic/Tron Puddington with an automatic cream flinger:D
Fingers crossed there’s a return of rebooted Johnny No-see

"I'm not doing a lot of shading on this one" said Julia, doing lot of shading.
One of the purest joys is listening to Karina just LOVE what she's drawing
Me when my depression acts up: "The energy is astounding today, folks"
Kaiba's Blue-eyes jet in the background is such a nice, and such a Karina, detail!
Nathan: A Hell even Dante would be happy to revisit.
Jacob: Love the style.
Karina: Classic vacation poster complete with thirst trap. :p
Julia: Has very St George vibes.
jacob: "I just blobbed in these characters that looked like they could be a language"
the open sign written in english in the foreground: 👁👄👁
Nathan's was so fun, especially the setting and funny joke at the bottom.
Jacob's was different than his usual, and different than JFKacob.
Karina knowing media I know and love as usual, with Pegasus being great and smug as usual.
Julia breaks her own mold this time, holy moly! And yet she somehow unintentionally flexes on the others which is true to form.
I lost it at Julia's line art, and again at the font rune. She does everything I want to be able to do on steroids.
"i wanna go to hell" chanting better make it into the next Cursed Drawfee Quotes vid
I’ve watched all of the drawfee episodes, and all I’ve learned is:
1. We live in a society
2. He is the burger and he eats the burger
3. We all live in a society
Personally I got:
1. That dog can drive
2. They're sorry
3. Don't interrupt Willie
@@austinknight5881I’ve always known to never interrupt willie. It’s a heinous crime 😂😂
Personally, I've learned:
1. They're just like us
2. We all have 'em
3. Who needs 'em?
don't forget... sometimes that society goes through an interdimensional rift into Hell. Important detail.
@@itsahexagon how could I forget ??
Nathan has really been flexing and improving in every way with his art its so cool to see him continue to glow up even harder every video!! (also I'm running descent into avernus right now lmao)
Julia’s poster looks like every cover of a fantasy book my dad has in his library. Literally pick one and it’s gonna be something like this.
3:01 Jacob: "Cause you don't wanna go there, probably."

Painting a neon windmill in an impressionist style is brilliant.
I'm glad to see some Clip Studio in this, I'm a big advocate of it as an affordable option for young artists compared to photoshop. I'm post-college and I switched to CSP and it's saving me a good chunk of money every month, plus I prefer how it feels to PS anyway :)
I'm a few months from being post-college, and I'll be doing the same thing :)
I got it for my birthday and my arts gotten 10 times better cause it's just a comfortable artist space. Does that make any sense?
Yesss I'm keeping an eye out for a sale. I turned alerts on for their Twitter. They did a 50% off sale earlier this year so THAT'S nice
It's great! I was planning to just use a free program but saw CSP was on sale so I quickly bought it. It's so comfortable and easy to learn!
CSP is a god-send.
Julia for a character design challenge: *uses Blender to make an exquisite background, remember to add a character in the last portion of the video*
Julia during a location challenge: "I decided not to draw a landscape for the character"
God I love this prompt, it really got everyone's creativity going extra well. Love poster designs in general, but travel posters especially, and as Nathan said, these are all bangers.
"Lose yourself in Duelist Kingdom" I see what you did there.
I saw the title and immediately said "Karina's doing Duelist Kingdom, isn't she?" And she didn't disappoint!
Listening to alcohol free while making an island poster is just **chef’s kiss** vibes
Listening to Alcohol-Free is the only correct answer while drawing anything tropical themed, honestly
Damn Nathan really set the bar going first! He's come so far with his backgrounds!!
I’m going to be super honest and say that I love your art styles so very much! I’ve been watching for a fair while now and am a Patreon friend too (my username is Cat). But the biggest draw card for me, and why I watch and enjoy Drawfee so much is your warmth and friendship that you show one another, and the inclusive and genuine vibes I get. I wish I had a friendship group that fulfilled that for me, but this is the next best thing 💛
YOU MUST CONTINUE THE BONE GAME! One person chooses an animal skull, a second person chooses an animal skelly, and the third draws an animal with that head and body combined. Without knowing what the animals are.
Your bones are on the line, will you accept?
oh no not their bones they need those

Holy shit Julia's piece is INCREDIBLE and I want it on my wall. I mean everyone's piece in this episode is great, but wow, Julia. Incredible.
Idea: Exorcism Speed draw - Take your most cursed drawings you've done in the show, and re-draw it in a non cursed way. I recommend you watching the "Anime as american cartoons" one because oh boy was there a curse on those drawings.
Everyone’s art was so good this episode! I’ve been going through some rough times, and Drawfee is always something to look forward to.
While Julia’s is hype and all that, can we talk about Jacob’s work here? It’s absolutely brilliant!
suggestion day 16: everyone draws rooms and julia fills them with vampires
YES.
What if we reversed it? Julia creates an intricate room (probably after physically building the thing for reference, or learning CAD) and each of the others has to draw a vampire to match the room?
Commenting so the comment above gets all the attention it deserves
The "I want to go to hell" chant was maybe the first really good chant we've had in a very long time.
Suggestion: Draw new Moonpaw characters with Karina’s help so she can make new comics with them!
Yes! this!
I wasn't sure about Jacob's drawing until the lanterns, and that turned the whole thing around. Nicely done!
One of my favorite parts of Nathan's poster is how actually accurate it is to Elturel's actual layout in the campaign, complete with the floating chunks and buildings in roughly the correct spots. A+
Never thought I'd see a normal horse on this show
Nathan’s drawn a couple. Up until now he has been the only one of the gang who can draw a normal horse
Karina's drawing is the first time I was ever like "wow Pegasus is hot."
Day 20 of asking: Hey, back in one of your old streams, y'all drew yourselves as DnD characters. Well, I wanna see an updated version of that, and with Karina this time! Maybe even do it in a speed draw ep to really do 'em up! Thank you!
This is a good one.
Which stream?
As someone who draws a lot of armour, I know which references Julia looks at for her piece. So COOL!!!
The composition in Julia's with the horseman spearing the monster is how they always depict St. George :)
He's the patron saint of the scouts, so I've seen him a lot ^^
