The fight against prime sinister consist of him fighting you with a army of minions but the thing is that he destroys his own minions and uses them as shields when you attack him
Nathan's was unbelievably cool especially considering the fact that it's Rowan Atkinson and still managed to capture exactly the essence of a Dark Souls boss.
I think it's also the stubble and wrinkles that sells him as someone who lives his life going through all the hullabaloo that you see him do, and walk out simply unscathed and with another story to tell. That energy would be perfect in dark souls. He'd avoid every trap in Sen's fortress accidentally and ask what all the fuss was about.
So I have the weird experience of thinking that I'd never seen Love Actually. Until this video. Until they showed their reference photos. Specifically the photo of Mark. Suddenly memories start to resurface of a movie my Dad was watching one time that I, probably age 7 or so, thought was very stupid and didn't understand. I haven't confirmed that these memories match up with the actual movie, but I don't know if I want to. Sorry for writing a mini creepypasta in this comment but I really needed to get this off my chest cause I'm shook.

I feel like if Jacob’s Mirk (sp?) was an actual boss, for a long time people would think his name was Perfectus. Probably comming up with some lore about him being so vein that he was cursed to “never speak of himself” (referring to his zipper face/cloak) and can now only do so with his sign. Only to later (through item descriptions of course) realize that he was a murdering, obsessive “romantic”. You’d only really find out what he is after the fight. Traversing though his home, you’d find jewelry and clothes from his past “lovers”, and possibly a message carved into a corner of room someone’s final thoughts. Either way, I love this boss!!!
There is a hidden interaction with Merk the Obsessor. If you go to his lair when he's not there you can find the Kiss emote behind a false wall. If you use it while Merk is following you around he will leave you without a boss battle.
Karina is the #1 world champion of having such a giant discrepancy between the quality of her art and her own opinion of it. Seriously- of all the hosts, I like her art the most.
When people ask me who the greatest artist of all time is (which, admittedly, isn't often), I always say Nathan Yaffe and no one ever believes me. Now, I have video evidence to prove it.
@@bea-ti9rg I think it's just a case of different talent and different work ethic. Nathan is great at making relatively more simple artworks look complete and gorgeous. They always look like they took more time than they actually did. Julia, on the other hand, will spend SO much time fine-tuning the details that her drawing look absolutely perfect, but take waaay longer than you'd think at first glance
I have good things to say about every one of these four people's art styles!! My little sister will always be my favorite artist, but that is no slight on any of them.

One thing I really love about Jacob is that his bare bones style is so bubbly, soft, and cartoony. But he really likes to experiment, and comes up with some wild stuff. Plus, he just had the best personality on this show, love the dude’s sense of humor.

I put off watching this for months because I don’t know anything about dark souls and I’ve only seen love actually once as a kid and boy was I missing out. Unironically some of their best stuff, Nathan absolutely snapped.

For "The Divided Minister," make his teleport hops synced up to the music during the fight, just as the jump cut lines with "jump." That would make it more of a trick to learn, rather than an infuriating feature.
This is my comfort episode, haven't seen Love Actually or played Dark Souls, but I love it so much anyways. Things are rough but this episode is always so good, thanks guys

May I add: If the light, for whatever reason, goes out, the screen becomes really blue and shaky like the original wedding footage from the film.
For "The Divided Minister," make his teleport hops synced up to the music during the fight, just as the jump cut lines with "jump." That would make it more of a trick to learn, rather than an infuriating feature.
This is my comfort episode, haven't seen Love Actually or played Dark Souls, but I love it so much anyways. Things are rough but this episode is always so good, thanks guys

I love how whenever we talk about the adultery in the film, its never the character’s name. It’s always Alan Rickman as if he PERSONALLY hurt all of us 😂
My brain has categorized Nathan and Jacob as the cute/comfy cartoon dudes and seeing them just bust out some top tier gothic horror shit was mind blowing as i remembered, "oh yea these guys are amazing, well rounded artists"
