  • COME IN AND HAVE A LOOK ROUND DISNEYS NEWLY REFURBISHED CARIBBEAN BEACH RESORT HOTEL. IM SHOWING YOU ALL AROUND THE HOTEL, WE WILL CHECK OUT ALL THE FACILITIES AND I WILL SHOW YOU HOW GOOD IT IS FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS, AND HOW GOOD IT IS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
After suffering my spinal cord injury i have really had to adapt in life. So Im showing you my disability lifestyle to raise disability awareness. As a disabled woman and a woman in a wheelchair who is paralysed, I thought it would be interesting for you to see, and hopefully give you some inspiration and motivation so that you can live more independently. wether you are paraplegic or quadriplegic I hope that I can help you. The wheelsnoheels message is “so no one has to feel alone.”
I have lots of interesting disability videos, a lot of videos on how to cope with a disability and living life in a wheelchair, wether you are a girl boy woman or man. i have some paraplegic exercise videos, and advice. its important to keep your fitness levels up as much as possible as this can when physically and mentally with depression.
If you feel I have given you value today consider buying me a ko-fi, just think of it as a tip.

♿️This hotel was stunning. I was really impressed with it. I don’t think I captured how beautiful it really was in real life. It was perfectly accessible, there was also laundry facilities too. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. If you have any questions please feel free to shoot them bellow. In my next video we will be taking a closer look at our accessible hotel room, so please subscribe.

This is a textbook for an accessible hotel. Disney have clearly consulted with experts for this.

@@luciafrau125 , That´s true, I myself have to use the white stick when walking around, even though I have som clear sight in one eye. The case with some of my totaly blind friends is that they will need help with most things new , I think it´s hard to design for every different disability there is, and for visually impaired or blind the most, we don´t "see" the world the same way as others, therefor whats good for us may actually lay hinders for other disabilitys than ours... Hope you have a nice summer and take care of yourself! // Half blind smith

I love how in all of your videos, especially your Disney resort ones, how patient Daisy is. She never seems go mind wandering around for the vlogs rather than diving straight into your holiday. She is such a credit to you, I can only wish my future children have as much patience and compassion as she does

"It's on Mickey!" Thats such a fun way to say that! That's one of the things I love about Disney, they put a "Disney twist" on lots of common phrases.
I'm glad you guys had such a good time in Florida! I've enjoyed watching all your videos.

The fact that they have a handicap person working the front desk is amazing. I find companies that do the best with making things accessible are ones that have handicap people working for them.

Next time I would suggest going between October-March. Our family has gone twice, once in February and once in October. Both times it was warm enough to swim but cool enough to not melt the second you step outside. Water was nice and cold too! 😂

Disney World really is quite amazing. It isn't perfect for wheelchair users, but it's pretty darn close. I've done two solo trips to Disney now, both in my wheelchair. I'm in the process of planning a 3rd for December. Disney is one of the few places that I am completely comfortable doing that because I know I'll be able to get around and enjoy the trip.
