In this podvlog, I'm talking about the struggles I've had with having more discipline. I talk about some of the techniques I've used to try and improve my awareness and self-control, and how they've worked for me.
I hope this podvlog can help you in your own journey to becoming more disciplined. As with everything in life, it takes a little bit of effort and perseverance to achieve success. I think you'll find this podvlog helpful in your own quest for discipline!

The struggle is real with staying disciplined. It’s been hard for me to get focused this month and it’s already almost over. Hope to get back on track so I can achieve the goals I set for this quarter.
Hey Erica! Thank you for your transparency. Instead of trying to focus on the month as a whole, maybe try focusing on a week at a time. If your goal is to stay disciplined for a week, it'll be easier for you to track your actions and to also reevaluate what went well and where things can improve. Worrying about too much at once can be overwhelming.
I'm glad that you're giving yourself grace and trying again. It's not too late to achieve your goals for this quarter. You got this! Keep going!

Erin! This is sooo aligned with what I’ve been thinking. 1) the style of video-“internal thoughts voice over” and 2) what you were actually saying in the video. I was thinking while watching “I can’t wait to have a husband so we can grow and glow together” and then you said “don’t rush for things you may not be ready for” and I was like wow 😂😂 all in all this was amazing! I’m finding that people actually love these voice over vlogs for me too. I love that you give us tips sitting down but then share deeper into your thoughts in these types of vlogs. It flows so well and is aesthetically pleasing cause your editing is so bomb. This was really encouraging for me. You’re a great example of how you can be successful being “multifaceted”. Congrats on completing dry January !! I love how you show y’all working together doing stuff as well. You all seem like a great team. Okay, let me start by saying that I absolutely love this idea!!! I also have never been good with discipline and as the last year in my twenties, I believe it's time to take it up a notch. I'm a student, newly engaged, and still figuring out life. I would love it if you could talk more about marriage, how did it feel combining your life and becoming one with Cameron, etc. you both are such an inspiration!!

When I was doing my vision board for the year, I ask God was my word for the year. He told me Discipline and Consistency. I've always struggled with being busy versus being productive. I'm already reaping the compound effects of just waking up everyday and just showing up for myself and dreams.

I look at youthful hearted and extremely active healthy older people and its truly inspiring. When I think about my health I have to think about my future self more rather than my short term physical/beauty-based goals. I love this style of video! It's like a visual intention journal.

You guys bathroom cabinet is similar to ours and I thought it wouldn’t be enough drawers, but with the organization it works. I told my self whatever I do not use this year - see you. Giving grace since we move in August of last year.

I so so so love this idea of the PodVlog Erin😀! I did this on a smaller scale, without knowing it, on my IG page. My plan before starting my UA-cam channel, is to get consistent on IG first. So, I’m starting a 30 Day goal to help me become the person who can maintain on a larger scale.
