I have, but the one I saw had a ski in the front and was made for snow.
Shame it looks cooler than it runs. I'd be tempted to electrify it and give it some _real_ power, but the shoddy build quality of the track suggests it wouldn't last long...
Then again, I saw a throttle cable nut loose, the seat mount nut was loose, I'd wager those tracks are also finger-tight and the bike could probably do with a good once-over and snugging, top to bottom.
The frame has potential, but that engine has to go.
