Ruppert Landscape Surprises Employees with $28 Million in Appreciation Bonuses

On December 6th, 2022, Ruppert Landscape gave appreciation bonuses to all employees with tenure over one year as a thanks for the role they’ve played in the company’s growth and development. Excluding the top leadership team, 1200 employees received bonuses ranging from $7,000 to just over $200,000 from proceeds garnered through the company’s recent partnership with investment firm, Knox Lane. One time I got a Christmas bonus……an embroidered blanket, bearing the logo of the company I was working for. At that time, the company was worth about $35 Billion dollars.

Man, I wish I worked there. Where I work I got a $77 bonus for Christmas, and I worked here for 18 1/2 years. Everyone in the shop got the same. A $100 bill with taxes taken out, which equals $77. The people who worked here one day before Christmas and the people who worked here 20+ years, got the same bonus. So much for being a loyal employee to the company!
