I know this is a somewhat late comment, but I’m going to mention this the weight of the irs model is 686lbs the regular FM1 the foot shift 4x4 weighs 615lbs, and the 2WD foot shift weighs 580lbs. The reason you likely seem to be using a lot of fuel is that you have a heavier model of the rancher than the majority of owners the FM1. That extra weight is likely the corporate, and depends what mode you are riding in. The TM1 model which is the base model 2WD likely gets the best mpg due to It’s lighter weight.

I had a 2016 rancher 420 i bought new. Never gave me a lick of trouble, and I took it places it did not belong.

Kenda bearclaw ex is the only tires i could find a full set to fit these weirdo rims in 25" for around $300. Only issue I've had has been it's hard and shitty shifting before it warms up and ive got a manual. Im about to fix that with amsoil 0w40 have seen where many said that fixed the problem.

They all do that with the shifting. I've heard so many people say that whether it's manual shift electronic shift or d. C. T.. And only does it for the first shift or two at then it goes away.. I think it's has something to do with the computer. I think it's has to learn the first shift or two.. Because I've jumped on mine being 30° cold outside. Start it and jump right on and hammering. Banging through the electronic gears and it Did the same thing if I let it warm up or not

Yes, it wasn't so cold out. We could take it out and knock the dust off it

How good does it handle in the snow?

After shooting that video I went out for a ride. And later that night we ended up getting a foot of snow. I wrote around pretty much all night and it was amazing in the snow. I only needed four wheel drive a few times I did film a lot of that night. But I didn't realize my camera lens had froze up so the footage was useless.. But I was actually really surprised

That’s great and impressive with stock tires

@@terrenclark4165 I was actually shocked how good the stock tires performed.. They do get Good traction, it's just they're thin wall tires. That are very prone to punctures.
