Self-compassion has been my hardest lesson. I dont know how many years Ive spent cursing myself and my limitations. I had no problems loving and caring for others but I couldn't admit that I deserved as much love and compassion myself? Im guess Im not alone with having these issues? None of us are fully awakened, we are in the process of awakening!

I haven't seen any evidence that it's AI.
I believe the script is written by humans but the voice is a very good Text to Speech Engine (TTS). I don't think there is anything necessarily ethically wrong with doing videos that way. If claims were made as to the originality of the text, I would dispute that. The text appears elsewhere on similar channels in slightly adjusted form. Could this be a TTS cult? Well, there are Christians using the same modality. You see it in Catholic Channels posting Rosaries and Novenas. Feels like it is getting dangerously close to crossing the line though doesn't it? Kissing cousin to deep fakes.

There is always the special energy of the human heart missing from AI. They can make it sound pleasant and even hypnotic, but it has no life. And we can detect that in our being. It just doesn't seem right. Why does the creator of this channel refuse to allow us to hear his or her own voice? Would it be insincere? I have to wonder what lies beneath.
