Just because she laughs at 1:07 doesn't mean it's not lip-synced. Sounds like 95% of the song is lip-synced, and you can tell because the vocal track has a different treble than her real voice. The only discernible time she actually sings is 2:54-3:13, and you can tell because her phrasing is breathy and registers in the mic. Plus it's pitchy and flat compared to the rest of the song, which makes the rest of the song seem lip-synced (or at very least have a background vocal track)
