What kind of movement is that from 0:36 from ken.
wgf. There's an electric version if you press 2 and df at the same time.F n d df+2Forwards, to neutral (let go), then down and to down+forwards, and press triangle/Y at the same time as down+forwards.

What happened is that the kazuya was washdashing, and since there was 3f of rollback the game dosent know what to do and its looks goofy.
