I have been living in Delhi ever since I was born but Delhi after 2015 is on whole damn new level. The growth is just incredible. The government hospitals, beautiful roads, the metro lines almost everywhere, DTC buses not overcrowded, comparitively more safer, blend of all the cuisines, amazing fashion sense, approachable people, cameras everywhere, beautiful architecture, shopping malls, top colleges. Delhi is a perfect place for anyone who is leaving there home state. You will never feel left out because you will find people of almost all religions, states and countries here. The air pollution, untreated garbage, robbery are some of the major cons. Other than that, Delhi is welcoming.

As I am from Delhi, current government in delhi did a great job, apart from central Vista project ( which is not completed yet) there are many small scale things like beautifying the capital by planting trees and construction of roads all these small things contributes to a beautiful capital.
Delhi has worst AQI for some months of the year (a victim, not a culprit) but Ironically you won't ever feel suffocated here like other metro cities. Broad roadways, mammoth of a Metro, variety of markets make it so adaptable. It has the liberty of expansion and can welcome any number of people without any discrimination or imposition. Totally price sensible and has much better ROI for any amount for all classes of people.

I have visited 80% of the whole of Mumbai and 90%+ south Mumbai, Have been to Bengaluru and pune as well. I can easily say that even benguluru and pune are far better and more beautiful than Mumbai.
Moreover, I have seen(I know) some people (Marathi) who have spent 10-15 years their life in mumbai before moving to pune, and the fact is they don't want to go back to Mumbai and never have I seen them praising Mumbai. ( These people aren't bollywood lovers).
