      Well, Robin Hood Bay is a beautiful place, even if you didn’t manage to find a fossil you wouldn’t be disappointed.

    Lovely to see more variety among the ammonites❤. Could you explain the meanings of their names every now and then? I know that dactyl in dactylioceras means fingers and eleganticeras is pretty self explanatory .
    PS Your content is brilliant, I could watch these videos for hours.

      Usually found in places where shale is predominant. This helps preservation. When the cliffs erode they expose them. Check his website out. Hope this helps 😊

    180 million years old how Meny millions of years could you be out on your prediction, and how do you come to that 180 million ?
