Get real instant noodles. ShinRamyun. Go to a local Hong Kong market or some Asian food store. stop getting noodles at Walmart they only have basic brands like ichiman and yakisoba

I'm not a vegetarian, but I do enjoy a good veggie burger as a change of pace. I really don't think of them as meat alternatives, but as something different. Kind of like falafel. The Beyond Burger is delicious, but it's really meant to mimic a meat burger for people that don't eat meat, and it does that in spades. For that reason, I don't rank it high on my veggie burger list just because if I want a burger that tastes like meat, I'll eat meat. That being said, for the vegans and vegetarians out there that miss the taste of a meat burger, Beyond Burger is amazing. I mean, it really does have the taste and consistency of actual meat.

Dr. Siracha, by how good it tastes. I take a veggie burger for what it is and like them as a change of pace from meat. It's kind of hard to rate the Beyond Burger actually. It both tastes great and resembles meat, so don't take my rating to mean Beyond Burger doesn't taste good. It absolutely does. But, for the price, I'd buy a meat burger over a Beyond Burger. I'm not sure if I'm making sense :)

As a vegetarian I was honestly unsettled by the meaty quality of it. It was too close to real beef for me and the pinkness made it super unappetizing to me.

I was rooting for Boca just because when I was in Highschool, my mom was a computer programmer for Conagra, and every year they'd have a company picnic at the Henry Doorly Zoo, and a big tent set up with a ton of nosh, including Boca veggie burgers for the vegetarians and Hindus among the programming staff.
The other burgers were just cheap patties, so I actually preferred the veggie burgers. Slathered in mayonaise and ketchup. Just *chef kiss* delicious.

I was just getting ready to make myself a boca burger, then this appeared in my recommended. Simple wonderful.
My sister is vegan then my mom, me and Dad don’t eat beef or pork. So we had beyond burgers for dinner one night (now I did eat red meat for a while) and when I ate the beyond burger it literally tastes just like a real burger. If I had a blindfold on and ate one of those...I would think it’s a meat burger!

I've been vegan for over 3 years now, and the Beyond Burger is by far my favorite! I don't mind some of the more veggie tasting patties, but when I want a real burger, Beyond is my go to. Trader Joe's Asian Sweet Chile Veggie Patty is really good as well if you want something that tastes more like veggies.
I love what they say at the end. If you're a vegan and don't like flavor, then maybe Amy's is for you.

Hello a fellow vegan here. I love the beyond meat burger like oh my god. When I was younger I was a huge meat eater. Once I got ribs for my birthday I'm not even joking then I learned about slaughter houses and shit so I went vegan. I still like the taste but I don't want the harm that comes with meat :) honestly I was suspicious if the beyond meat burger was vegan at first when I ate it

The beyond reaction is everyones first beyond reaction. They are REALLY good.
I love how you guys provided what you think would be best for both people who are vegan and don't like the taste of meat *and* people who do like the taste of meat but just want to try it without the actual meat for whatever reason. My sister and mom are vegan and don't particularly care for the taste of meat and so they'd prefer Amy's. I love the taste of meat but sometimes don't want to make them feel awkward by having a full fledged burger right there in front of them, so I would prefer the Beyond Meat burger. We've actually personally tried both in the previous years (If I remember correctly) and had no problems with either. I mean, I didn't like Amy's as much as a lot of other things because of my love of meat but when we tried the Beyond Meat one from A&W (and they *do* sell it in the restaurant), we all loved it there. Anyway, long story short, thank you both and great work! :)

Beyond meat is my veggie life savior. I’m a vegetarian (working on vegan) for so many reasons but it’s not because I don’t like meat. Beyond burgers are amazing and so so close to the real thing. I truly think if there were more alternatives like this, we would have a lot less meat eaters. Like grill that baby 2- 3 min each side and you have yourself basically a real burger that is plant based and ethical ❤️ y’alls was a little over cooked though haha that’s why you didn’t see the beet “blood”

Why have a veggie alternative to meat when you can have the real thing? I think a lot of people are vegetarian/vegan because they don’t think it’s right to eat meat. I eat meat because it tastes good and I don’t have a reason not to. I know how horrible it looks during the butchering work and stuff but that’s how it’s most efficient. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, but I am trying to cut down my meat consumption more and more. The more meat alternatives they make that taste darn close the happier I get.
The Beyond Meat brand is the closest you'll get. Their Beyond Burger and Beyond Sausage are really good and cook just like an animal product. While you can still tell that the Beyond Burger is it's own thing, the Beyond sausage is amazingly close to pork sausage. The texture and taste is like science became a magician.

That's what I started doing and I just became a vegetarian and don't drink milk but I eat a lot of milkshakes and ice cream I'm working on that one 😅

I'm not being rude but can someone explain the profit of cutting back on meat and milk products unless you have a medical reason? Meat was been humans food source for thousands of years and has so many necessary nutrients. Milk is what we drink when we are babies because it helps our bodies, teeth and bones etc. So why is there a need to cut them out of your diet? It is not more unhealthy? Once again I'm a meat eater so I'm just ignorant not trying to be rude, you do you!

just as a future recommendation, try cooking those beyond burgers for less time!! they only need to be cooked around 3 minutes on each side. they’ll be much more enjoyable if they aren’t as overcooked :-)

@@coler8940 "Not getting enough protein" has been exaggerated mainly by People that sell meat to make it seem necessary. The truth is some vegetables have just as much protein as meat and you live a longer and healthier life with a plant based diet.
