I think it is better to make d batter a bit more watery for better result. U wont need to put your hand in the hot pan for any reason that way and the result would b lighter and better.

So i noticed mine usually stick together, the wrappers i mean, how do u seperate them so they don't stick if you're storing for use the next day
That means you need to leave then to cook for more seconds before taking them off the pan.

Frizzer is the safest place to keep them. They can last up to 6 months or more in the frizzer.
I kept it in the freezer and it became soft and it stick together
