All of the games that we had when I was a kid actually came from the States. I don't remember seeing any in Canadian stores back then, although I know that they were in other places.
Your Parker Brothers ranking is faithful, beside their nice box art, most of their games are not that great , this 3rd Party intellivision publisher was weaker let say then Imagic and Activision.
Frogger gets an F- It is terrible. It is even worse than the 2600 version. There is absolutely no excuse for it. it was pure greed. It was a quick no-effort port using the smallest possible ROM.
Popeye is another F- game. Frankly PB's games for the Intellivision were terrible. Bad control. Bad graphics. Noise instead of sound. Qbert is a D. Star Wars gets an F. The 2600 is better in every way despite the intellivision having the better hardware. Tutenkham is the best of the bunch. It's a very hard game though. Part of the reason I score it high, is it was not a commonly ported game.

The ColecoVision version has much better music. It's technically not as impressive as the Genesis version, but it has a certain charm to it I prefer.
