You did a nice job with most of this analysis. However, your green box section on page 5 has some inaccuracies. Starting in bar 84 it should be this: Dm - V7/N - N -V7/III - III - V7/iv - iv - V7/v - v. This is a series of secondary dominants temporarily tonicizing Eb, F, G and A- a clever step progression of rising whole steps.
