Im being so fr i just eat these noodles with anything at this point there like 4 bucks were i live so this and some chicken is a pretty good dinner for me
Agreed, a good basic side or main for almost anything! I often eat with soft boiled eggs and any kind of leftover chicken, pork, steak or tofu.
New sub!
Looks good but I try to avoid sugar and sodium
Why do I have to share?
is Korean Buckwheat Noodles has anti aging same as the Japanese version one?pls answer me tnx
yes they are basically the same :)
@@thesubversivetable thank you
Hear me out.....pork belly slices
Pork belly works with almost anything. But this dish is low maintenance cooking to AVOID the heat.
Do you have to wash it?
If you want It cold then yes
Yes, rinsing on cold water washes away excess starch and firms up the noodles while stopping the cooking process. Then you can use it for cold or hot broths.
What can we use instead of perilla oil?
She said earthy and fragrant so maybe like tahini with a little sesame oil
Or maybe like crushed peanuts or walnuts might be good too, won’t be fatty tho would need to add more oil like avocado or a very light olive which would make it taste kinda Italian but yea
Dashi or similar soup/stock bases are good but are strong, you can dilute with some mirin if you like a bit of sweetness too
If you don't have perilla oil, add sesame oil. They are from the same family. Perilla oil is more earthy and deep, a very distinct flavor profile. Enjoy!!
