@@christianfrommuslimincorrect, romania had all this land long ago, Germans simply built over it. Germany is full of non German architecture, this is simply how countries in Europe work. Most romanain architecture is deeply diverse and purposely similar to famous ones.
It's good to see such ideas come to fruition in Romania. Although Hans has a German name and speaks German, the village does not look like the more colorful fairytale villages of German (Sachsish) Transylvania, which I have visited several times with relatives descended from there. --> The German history in Transylvania is largely neglected. Yet with the contemporary German love of travel, this might be a good aspect for Romania to redevelop. I understand Romanian insecurity over how they acquired this German region, but isn't it time to move beyond that and celebrate it?
There was a deleted comment asking if those Germans "Have grown from the ground up in this region." I'm not sure exactly what he means; but the Transylvanian Germans have been there over 800 years, at the invitation of the then ruling kingdom of Hungary, which controlled the region. They wanted a buffer against the marauding Turks.
The german ethics represent 0,17% of Romania's population at the moment... The overwhelming majority of Romania's population are Romanians. The true owners of Raven's Nest presented in this video are through and through Romanians, not the man speaking about it.

You should be worried about how muslims are aquaring the german lands ! this is not german land by any means, just like lands where germans used to live in formal russian empire are not german even if germans lived there.
King Charles III bought a house in Transylvania when Prince of Wales as one of the few places in the world he and his family could escape the press intrusion when on holiday, probably Prince William's now as P of W and owned by the Duchy of Cornwall estate.
I’m going to Scotland in a few days starting with Edinburgh and I liked your little video about the Harry Potter places now I’m wondering um, about some outlander spots suggestions also I subscribed today
I was in Bucharest and Brasov this summer. Romania is such a beautiful country with great food. Definitely worth visiting!
Brasov was built by ethnic Germans. Before Romania got it, it was called Kronstadt.
@@christianfrommuslim it looked very German to me!

@@tortellinifettuccine The King of Hungary invited the Sachish Germans into Transylvania to serve as a buffer against the Turks around the year 1200.
This was very interesting subject matter. It is worthy of a longer video.

Not related to the subject, but love your name. Glad people realize the truth regarding religions.
