@476233 elderly and disabled are not the majority out there , they are the only people that should get housing first is only the elderly . As far as disabled , most of them are made by themselves.
@ang9968 there are non profits that homeless can use for address, shelters can be used as address for mail and there are non profits that help pay for I'd card or birth certificate. Anything you can think of that helps get you back on your feet , you can get help for. No excuse

They we're offered free flights to warmer cities before this winter. Also there are shelters. Yet they refuse. Tragic but preventable.
