I missed all my egghead friends GoodMorning America had Scotts Kirstie and Mitch’s high school music teacher was chosen for an award as extraordinary teacher and is retiring this year. And glad you are feeling better and can be home from the hospital, sounds like a mean flu bug!

Do you think you would have enjoyed being an arranger on the show? This show is where they worked extensively with their present arranger/friend, Ben Bram, who worked with them on their arrangements for the show.
While that is true, in an interview Ben did, he said he was so busy helping all the groups on the show that he pretty much let ptx arrange themselves since he knew they were more capable of it than most of the others.

Always happy to see one of your PTX episodes in the line-up! Their dance isn’t one from the ‘60s, and it’s even kind to say it was inspired by a dance of the times. Loved the reaction, as always - you always bring so much more information out of even a short performance that I would pick out by watching it a dozen times! "Mirstie" was the fan name for the Mitch+Kirstie combination; I don't think "Kitch" would make it in the US, as there's somewhat of a negative connotation as "tasteless" or "common and cheap" that I don't think the fans would really latch on to. Like any group with avid fans, pretty much every possible combination of pairs has/had a name at some point. As for "Mitch-slaps" - because of the restrictions the producers put on Mitch during the show, I don't think you'll find anything you'd really consider a Mitch-slap. Mitch never really got a chance to show his full range in the show, and yet they still managed to win, even with that disadvantage!

Hey! I spent a fair bit of my younger years creating arrangements in my free time or trying to learn things by ear on the piano, so I think that helped quite a lot 🎶 I don't have perfect pitch unfortunately
Do you have a degree in music?
@@nadenecasteel3188 Sorry - I like to keep most info about myself private....at least for now I hope you can appreciate that! But I might do a Q&A in the future if I reach a certain milestone or something
I have studied music theory though at various levels of difficulty 🎶 If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I'll see if I'm comfortable answering them 😊
Of course. I totally understand. I didn’t mean to pry. I love your reactions to Pentatonix and Avi. I’m going to see Avi in concert next month. I can’t wait.
@@nadenecasteel3188 oh not at all, no prying! Always feel free to ask questions 😊
Sounds amazing - am sure you’ll have a great time 👌🏽
What did you think of the reggae version of this classic? They must have been so relieved when Shawn praised it, because that was a risky move.

This is my least favorite performance of the show but you definitely brought some extra color to it. The PTX Express has now taxied into position. With the next song they push the throttles forward and take off leaving the others behind in their wake. They hit the rocket assist with #7 and are cleared for orbit.
Hello you need to check fouzia fur elise live performance it’s amazong
This one is on my list for a reaction in the future!
