The Duchess has succeeded the Queen as Patron of The Royal Photographic Society.

Why do people say Catherine is boring, she is the most down to earth and natural loving person with all people, and really cares about talking and interacting with them. She isn't camera seeking she knows they're there but doesn't seek the lens of the camera. Pity people can't see her for what she is. Nothing pretentious about her.
She reminds me of someone I wouldn’t feel intimidated like just a kind friend. I think people sadly now associate boring to being soft spoken.
I admire her so much. She's so interactive and not fake unlike what's her face. If I was so close to royalty, especially her, I would die.

So sweet. Catherine is such a polite, dignified and caring woman. She is very careful about her role and is always a lady. But, she interacts so warmly with everyone she meets. The Duchess of Cambridge is a "classic" royal.

I’m glad Catherine was given this patronage, as I know this is one of her passions. The Queen loves photography and videography as well, so she must have treasured this one. I remember the photos and the videos she took of the family. They show how much she loves them. 😊
I love how she chooses projects that you can tell are near and dear to her heart. Children and photography are definitely her thing.

If you are in the UK, it is a possibility, but you might have to keep trying
You need to look up The Royal Family website. Go to the menu on the right, and right down at the bottom you will see Media Centre. One of the options is the Royal Diary.
You can use the Royal diary to find out which Royals are visiting which parts of the UK. Then you can go along, and stand with hundreds of other people waiting to see them. Usually they just drive past and wave, but sometimes they do walkabouts, and speak to people.
