I love the idea of gps bus tracking but
being a programmer I dont guess its possible to start gps bus tracking system in two days.
OFC it can be made but it will be purely security less so that anyone can hop into the system and show that bus is in different position than it really is or other kind of security breach will be seen.

I think the government should buy all the public vehicles on reasonable price and grants them a job with good pay as a driver of government vehicles. Only then we can implement “Tap in” “Tap out” system. It can prevents all the fraud activities and can make government good income as well, on the other hand GPS tracking system and 24 hours surveillance can minimise crimes in buses. It is not that hard, i would say.
