OHHH!!! Nostalgie !!My first techno composition was written in 1993 on Scream Tracker. It was funny mix like "2 unlimited" and Techno trax. Very naive and simple techno music on 4 channels with hackneyed samples from the early 90s, which we sampled on a Sound Blaster from a cassette recorder
So if i understand correctly, this very modern sounding really cool track was originally released way back in 1995? Indeed only 3 years between that and the release date of Unreal. Again it looks fun seeing the song in such a old program. :) Was this the program they made the music with?
Thanks. I think it will be the first .mod on my channel. I will have to use Impulse Tracker tho, since i have no idea how to run Prottracker on the WinUAE Amiga emulator. Tried many times but the program always crashed.
Ok i can load the mod on IT but once i press play it sounds choppy, with some crackles and stuff. pretty odd, since the tracker can play multiple formats, including ft2 modules. increasing cycles on DOSbox doesn't do anything. what a pity, there was an old mod from 1993 by Michiel van Den Bos that i wanted to upload but now it will not be possible :(
Necros was a true virtuoso in the purest sense, this is a masterpiece of tracker programming.
Necros and Siren are the kings imho
@@RetroDeathReviews666 andrew sega (sea-gah) is amazing, plus his last name is the pinnacle company of the 90s
As a screamtracker-producer myself back in the 90's... I salute to the maker of this gem.
Tracker music really is the best kind of music.

My favourite of all Necros mods. Original and kind of flawless as to its own ambit.
This was actually the intro to "In Persuit of Greed", and was later remixed (as the one you're thinking of) for Unreal.
I remember getting SC3 on floppy making early hardcore music and using headphones as a mic 😂
Scream Tracker, now that's a blast from the past!
Isotoxin It's genuinely one of the best .s3m songs I've ever heard, Sounds so timeless and more current than ever since 1995
Used to use this on the ole top of the line Amiga 500!
really love the intro
One of the best that I ever heard..
Also featured in In Pursuit of Greed (1995).

Have you played Crusader: No Remorse/Regret? If not, do so immediately (dosbox etc.) :)
Yes because this track was originally released for In Pursuit of Greed game in 1995.
UA-cam it.
There's a track called "D3" in No Regret which sounds very similar to Isotoxin (most samples are the same).
Isotoxin is from in pursuit of greed
It really needa nothing more than 8 channels to make good music
oh man, a treasure found... thanks! instant sub :D
This takes skill to produce
Chizra
frog music
Can you also upload techead4 (Night6.mod)?

Hmm... that's pretty strange actually. I used to play it using MODPlug Player.
